Please have your order number ready. Note that we are unable to accept payment over the phone. Not taking payment details over the phone helps us keep your information safe. When you enter your card on our website, it's encrypted and sent straight to the bank; no staff member ever sees or writes down your number. Taking a card over the phone would mean a person handling those details directly, which is less secure. Our checkout is PCI-certified (the same standard banks use), and your card's fraud protection means you're never held liable for charges you didn't make.
